In a food delivery app processing millions of orders, waiting screens are not decoration, they're the bridge between tapping "Pay" and knowing your order went through. For iFood, the Craft team designed a modular animation system: 4 characters walking in loop, rendered in Lottie for near-zero impact on app performance. Each waiting adapts to the context of the order.

All animations ship as Lottie (JSON). Vector-based, resolution-independent, and lightweight. The app stays fast, the characters stay smooth.
