For over three years, I had the privilege of working at the Social Command Center of Microsoft Brazil serving Latam, where creativity, humor, and information converged to create compelling content for social media platforms. During the midst of the global health crisis in 2020, I was part of the task force in Albert Einstein Hospital creating informative materials about COVID-19 and developing content to educate and promote awareness of security measures and guidelines.
